WE’VE MOVED! Please note, as of April 27th, we have moved our office location to the Hamilton Mountain.

Welcome to Re:Mind Mental Health Services - we’re glad you’re here!

At Re:Mind, we provide compassionate, professional support through both in-person sessions (in Hamilton, ON) and virtual therapy for residents across Ontario. With both a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and a Registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW, our services are grounded in ethical, evidence-based care.

In addition to individual and group therapy, we also offer a range of public and private training sessions and workshops designed to support mental health and well-being in various settings - including schools, workplaces, community agencies, and other organizations seeking to provide more supportive environments.

NOTE:

  • All session / training times are in EST

  • Don’t see a time that fits? Email: info@remindmentalhealth.ca to see if there are any alternative times that work for us!

  • All sessions are conducted by a Registered Psychotherapist and/or a Registered Social Worker and thus, session fees may be covered by extended benefit plans (a detailed receipt will be provided for submission!)

Getting started is easy - book a free 20-minute therapy consultation to see if we are a good fit, or schedule a complimentary discovery call to explore our training and workshop offerings!

We look forward to connecting with you soon but until then, have a lovely day!
